The Governing Board is responsible for overseeing Medway administration. During meetings the Governing Board reviews monthly reports detailing status of investigations, activities, the progress of staff efforts towards goals and objectives, and review monthly expenditures to ensure levy and grant funds are being spent responsibly. Any questions or concerns are presented to the Director at this time. Members of the Governing Board include the Wayne County Sheriff, Wooster Police Chief, Orrville Police Chief, Rittman Police Chief, Wayne County Prosecutor, as well as a designated representative from County Village Departments.
